Since our founding in 2013, we at Docs in Clouds have been on an exciting journey of continuous development with a clear goal: to actively shape the digitalization of healthcare. Our core competence lies in telemedicine, where we work on new solutions every day.

Under the motto “Your partner for telemedicine,” we focus on products that are specifically tailored to the needs of our customers. Our team consists of dedicated employees who work enthusiastically every day to make this vision a reality.

Our development department integrates new features, continuously optimizes our software, and ensures smooth interaction with our hardware.


In addition, our developers support both internal and external projects with their expertise and conduct comprehensive testing to ensure that our products always offer the best possible performance and reliability.

Marketing

Our creative minds

Our marketing department manages our website, creates social media posts, and designs advertising materials such as flyers, brochures, and business cards. They developed our corporate design and ensure that our brand is presented consistently and recognizably at all times. They also support their colleagues in sales with trade fair orders and ensure that the trade fair stand is attractively designed. When it comes to employee photos or important events, they are also occasionally happy to take on the role of photographer.

Sales und After Sales

The Face of Docs in Clouds

Our sales and after-sales team is the first point of contact for customers and represents our company to the outside in providing information about our services and participating in trade fairs to showcase our products and demonstrate how they work. After the purchase, they support our customers with training on how to use our TeleDoc products. They are the first point of contact for questions or problems and do everything in their power to ensure high customer satisfaction through their communicative and solution-oriented approach.

Working student

Working while studying

Many of our employees started their careers with us as working students. We know that you are still at the beginning of your professional career and support you in furthering your education and gaining practical experience within the company. Our flexible working hours offer you the opportunity to balance your studies and work.
