The TeleDoc Portable makes direct communication between patient and nurse on one side and treating doctor on the other side possible. Medical advise by an expert is immediately available and the nurse can take legally compliant actions.
The ambulatory TeleDoc system (TeleDoc Bag) can be easily transported by the nurse. Depending on the field of application, it can also be operated by the patient or his relatives. This solution is especially optimized for home visits by NäPas (Non-medical Practical Assistant), EVAs (Support Assistant) and VERAHs (Support Assistant for GP office) and furthermore for ambulatory palliative care.
Our TeleDoc product family includes systems for performing teleconsultation, including the delegation of medical measures, and a classic video consultation. Caregivers can conveniently perform many examinations on site and, in the event of difficulties, clarify therapies and measures with the physician via a video consultation.
We define a video call between a patient and his doctor as a "video consultation". The German health care system has several conditions for these calls which we all fulfill. As a result we can call ourselves "provider of certified video consultations". If the call is between a health care worker and a doctor, we define it as a "tele consultation". Unlike in video consultations, a tele consultation doesn't only involve giving out medical advise but also delegation of medical services and point of care measurements with medical gadgets for diagnostics.
