Participating in a TeleDoc Starter video consultation is straightforward. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and speakers, and a stable internet connection. Patients do not need to install an app; they can conveniently participate via a link.
As the treating physician, you bear full medical responsibility for the care of your patients during every teleconsultation. Home visits as part of a video consultation may only be carried out by qualified, non-medical healthcare professionals, including:

If you bill your telemedical home visit according to the GOÄ, you will charge €5.83 according to GOÄ section 52. GOÄ item 52 can be combined with items GOÄ 1: €10.72 and GOÄ 5: €10.72.
According to EBM, telemedical home visits can be billed as follows:
Structural subsidies: as surcharges to the GP structural flat rate GOP 03040 – can be billed according to GOP 03060 with 22 points and according to GOP 03061 with 12 points. In total, you can therefore claim 34 points.
You can bill for a visit by a NäPA, including travel expenses, at 166 points according to GOP 03062 and at 20 points as a surcharge according to GOP 03064. In total, you can therefore claim 186 points.
