The following medical devices can also be used with your TeleDoc‑Portable. Participation in the HZV programme requires compliance with defined minimum requirements. Beyond these requirements, you can freely configure the optimal solution for your needs using our modular system.
With our data protection-certified software, you can bill teleconsultations according to EBM and GoÄ. If you participate in family doctor-centered care (HZV), you can also have services provided by VERAHs who make house calls with our TeleDoc-Portable reimbursed via the “telemedicine care module.”
With our TeleDoc system, you gain an additional digital consultation room. The integrated GDT interface enables seamless data transfer to your practice management software, allowing us to integrate effortlessly into your established workflows and helping you avoid duplicate documentation.

During your teleconsultations, relevant vital signs are automatically recorded, transmitted in real time, and documented. This saves valuable time and improves the quality of clinical documentation.

Detailed questionnaires for photographic wound assessment, fall prevention, and general health status can be completed digitally and billed through the GP‑Centred Care Programme (HZV).

Our interface is open and available for use free of charge. This enables seamless data exchange with your Clinical Information System (CIS) or Practice Management System (PMS). We support all common interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, and GDT. To date, we have successfully established interfaces with the following systems: CGM Albis, CGM Medistar, CGM Turbomed, Data-AL, Duria, Elaphe Longissima, medatixx (x.comfort and x.concept), MedicalOffice, QUINCY, and T2Med.

A video consultation allows patients to have an online consultation with a physician without the involvement of a healthcare professional on site and without the use of diagnostic medical devices.
A teleconsultation, also referred to as a televisit or telemedical home visit, enables remote examinations using telemedical diagnostic devices. During this type of remote care, a healthcare professional supports the patient on site, for example by measuring vital signs or performing diagnostic assessments.
The treating physician receives the examination results digitally and in real time without having to leave the practice. Especially for patients with limited mobility or in medical emergencies, telemedicine can provide rapid and comprehensive medical care.
Telemedicine improves access to medical care for all patients, particularly those with limited mobility or those living in rural areas.
Telemedical solutions make it possible, among other things, to monitor chronic conditions more effectively and to obtain rapid medical support when a patient’s condition deteriorates.
Studies have shown that telemedical care can prevent up to 40% of hospital admissions. Following a hospital stay, telemedicine can also help patients return more smoothly to their home environment.
Thanks to direct communication via video, the trusted physician–patient relationship remains intact. Patients receive personal attention and do not require any specialized technical knowledge or equipment.
Telemedicine solutions enable faster communication with your patients while making more efficient use of your resources. Studies have shown that general practitioners in rural areas can save up to 60 minutes of driving time per day by increasing their use of telemedicine.
At the same time, you and your practice team can devote more attention to patients in the practice while NÄPAs, VERAHs, EVAs, TMAs, or SAPV teams provide telemedical care in the field. In the long term, this can help optimise your practice workflows and improve efficiency.
In principle, the TeleDoc‑Portable can be freely configured according to your needs.
However, if you intend to bill telemedicine services through the GP‑Centred Care Programme (HZV), please ensure that your TeleDoc‑Portable includes the devices listed above, as these form part of the programme’s minimum requirements.
Additional modular devices such as the electronic stethoscope, portable ultrasound, thermometer, patient monitor, pulse oximeter, and FireFly wound camera can be selected according to your preferences and the needs of your patients.
Telemedicine services can be billed within the GP‑Centred Care Programme (HZV) as follows:
0060: A home visit carried out by a VERAH with telemedicine training may be billed up to four times per quarter. This code cannot be billed in conjunction with a VERAH home visit under code 1417. Reimbursement: €20.
0061: If a telemedical connection is established during the VERAH home visit, the telemedical supervision provided by the GP may be billed once per quarter. Reimbursement: €15.
0062: A fall-risk assessment may be billed once per calendar year. Reimbursement: €13.
0064: Wound assessments, wound care, photographic documentation, wound status evaluations using the PWAT score, and data transmission to the medical practice may be billed up to four times per quarter. Reimbursement: €13.
Patients insured with Techniker Krankenkasse may additionally be billed at €32 per visit (up to ten times per quarter).
If billing a telemedical home visit under the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ), the service is billed using GOÄ code 52 (€5.83).
GOÄ code 52 may be combined with: GOÄ code 1: €10.72 and GOÄ code 5: €10.72.

We are pleased to offer training sessions in conjunction with the purchase of the TeleDoc‑Portable. During the training, you and your staff will receive a comprehensive introduction to all relevant hardware and software functions.
The aim of the training is to familiarise your team with the full range of TeleDoc‑Portable features and to eliminate any hesitation in using telemedical equipment from the outset.
During a teleconsultation, you, as the treating physician, remain responsible for the telemedical care provided to your patients.
Home visits, including those performed as part of a teleconsultation, may therefore only be conducted by suitably trained healthcare professionals. These include: Non‑Physician Practice Assistants (NÄPA), Care Assistants (EVA), Telemedicine Assistants (TMA), and Practice Care Assistants (VERAH).
These healthcare professionals may act only under your instructions.
All measures performed must be documented and the documentation must be available to your practice no later than the following working day.
The hardware components of the TeleDoc‑Portable are manufactured according to modern, high‑quality standards and undergo regular quality inspections.
Should any issue arise despite our stringent quality standards, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately.
If the issue occurs within the statutory warranty period of two years and is not attributable to improper use, force majeure, third‑party intervention, or circumstances beyond the control of either party, we will, of course, repair the product free of charge or provide a replacement device.
