You and your patients need to have an internet-enabled device with a camera, microphone, and speaker for video consultations. Suitable devices for participation can include a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The device should have a web browser installed that is compatible with our video consultation platform, such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Both devices need to be connected to the internet. The video quality adapts to the available internet bandwidth, ensuring that conversations can take place even with relatively low internet speeds.
You schedule an appointment with your patient and communicate it via email, SMS, or phone. In the notification, a six-digit TAN or a direct link is provided, which the patient uses to authorize their participation in the video consultation.
Once the patient has agreed to the terms and conditions and privacy policy, they enter the virtual waiting room and give consent to the use of their microphone and camera. The video consultation can then begin.
